Payment information

This section provides information about your account balance, "payment period" and "negative carryover" settings, as well as a report of your funds movement in your account.

Payment information

Payment information

If the payment period for your account is "Manual", a "Request Payment" button will be available in this section.

Balance information

Your balance is formed of two amounts: the hold amount and the available balance. The hold amount is the amount of your CPA payout that is holding for the purpose of evaluating the quality of the players you have attracted. At the end of the hold period, the funds will be transferred to the available balance. Payouts are generated from the available balance.

The block with balance and payment information is divided into four sections:

  • In hold: your CPA earnings that are currently held for the purpose of evaluating the quality of referred players.
  • Available: the amount of earnings available for withdrawal for the current payment period.
  • Pending payment: the amount of payments that are currently on review or waiting to be paid.
  • Paid in total: the total amount of all paid out funds.

Payment period

Payments are created on a schedule based on your agreement with the affiliate program:

  • Net7: payment is generated and sent for review on Monday at 01:00 UTC.
  • Net15: payment is generated and sent for review on the 1st and 15th at 01:00 UTC.
  • Net30: payment is generated and sent for review on the 1st day at 01:00 UTC.
  • Net60: payment is generated and sent for review on the 1st day of each two months (January, March, May, July, September, November) at 01:00 UTC.
  • Manual: payment is generated and sent for review based on your request.

Attention

Timezone setting in the "General Info" section does not affect the payment period. Payment amount is calculated according to the UTC timezone.

Negative carryover

Based on your agreement with the affiliate program, the admin can disable negative carryover. In this case, if your available balance was negative at the end of the previous payment period, compensation will be added to the balance.

Funds movement report

The transaction history report is presented as a table and consists of the following columns:

  • Date: date the transaction was created. The sorting function is available for the column.
  • Transaction type: type of the transaction (for example: income, bonus, withdrawal).
  • Credited (in hold): amount of CPA earnings credited to hold on that date.
  • Credited (available): amount of earnings (RevShare or CPA with expired traffic quality evaluation period) added to the available balance for withdrawal on that date.
  • Hold balance: total amount of CPA earnings on hold.
  • Available balance: amount of earnings available for withdrawal.
